Course Description: Race starts and finishes at the corner of Lake Street and Clyde Fant Parkway.
Across from Sci-Port Discovery Center, 820 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA.
Course certified by Sportspectrum Race Management.

Packet Pick-up: You can pick up your packet early at Sportspectrum beginning
Saturday, May 19 from 10:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.,
Sunday, May 20 from 1-5 p.m.,
Monday, May 21 10:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, May 22 10:00 a.m.—6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 23 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 24 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
and at the race site (corner of Lake St. & Clyde Fant) from 5:30pm-6:20pm
If you do not pick up your packet or have someone else pick up your packet by race time, your packet will be forfeited. No Refunds, No Packets Mailed.
Race Packet: Every pre-registered participant will receive an official 35th
Anniversary 2018 Mudbug Madness race T-shirt.
Shirts will be limited, so please register early.
This race will be chip timed. Make sure you pick up your chip at the race site before
the race!!
Post Party: Join us after the race at the Mudbug festival site to enjoy exciting live
entertainment, food, drinks and free entry into the festival with official race bib
number.
Awards ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place at the Swamp Stage
(middle level) inside the Mudbug Festival at 8:30 p.m.
Awards: Overall winner & runner up male & female will receive a
$100 & $50 CASH (respectively)
1st & 2nd place age group winners will receive awards. Overall and runner-up in the
Kids 5k will receive awards, 1st & 2nd in each kids age group will also receive
awards.
Age Groups: 5K Male & Female:
19-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70+.
5K Kids Male & Female: 8 & under, 9-11,12-15,16-18
Special Note: Under RRCA regulations, absolutely no baby joggers, strollers, bikes,
skate devices.
